A new feature has been added to the HuGE Literature Finder (link) that allows users to find the citations most recently added to the HuGE literature database. You can follow this link or search by the term "recent" to retrieve all HuGE publications included in the most recent upload (which generally occurs on Wednesday). (4/9/2009) |

A new version of HuGE Navigator (1.2) was launched on 7/16/2008 with one new application, Gene Prospector. Gene Prospector is an evidence gateway for evaluating genes in relation to diseases and risk factors. The PubMed IDs and corresponding indexed genes are downloadable from HuGE Literature Finder homepage. A few bugs were also fixed. (7/16/2008) |

A new version of HuGE Navigator (1.1) has been launched. The new version contains two new renovated components, Genopedia and Phenopedia. Genopedia provides gene-centered summaries of gene-disease associations and Phenopedia provides disease-centered summaries. A download feature was added to the HuGE Literature Finder. A few bugs were also fixed. (4/7/2008) |

Entrez Gene and HuGE Navigator initiated a collaboration. A link to HuGE_Navigator has been added to the menu at the right side of the full report page in Entrez Gene. From HuGE_Navigator, there is a link back to Entrez Gene. HuGE Navigator supplies Entrez Gene with the PubMed identifiers for citations HuGE Navigator staff curated for human genes. (3/17/2008) |
